Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 2 day for processing before your order is shipped.
Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery once the order has left our facility. Nubian Winks is not responsible for any delivery or carrier delays. We rely on the shipping carrier to deliver your items on time.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of OUR ERROR (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
For damaged item(s), please include your order number in your email.
